Exhibitor Registration will open at the beginning of November. Please check back in then to register for your exhibitor badges.
Exhibitor Badge Allotment:
Each exhibitor receives five (5) complimentary badges for the first 100 square feet of space purchased, and three (3) badges for each additional 100 square feet of space [e.g., up to 200 square feet equals eight (8) badges, up to 300 square feet equals (11) badges, etc.].
April 6th: Advanced Rate Discount Deadline for badges purchased over your allotment.
May 1st: Badge Mailing cutoff date. Register your badges by this date if you want them mailed to you pre-Show.
Invite Customers to NRA Show:
You can purchase customer invitations in the Registration Services of Exhibitor Services. Once you purchase the invitation, all you have to enter is a name and email. We will then send them an email letting them know that you have invited them to NRA Show.
Once you have registered your booth staff, you can also invite customers using your leftover allotment. We recommend waiting until all booth staff is registered before using this option.
